 in response to 911...   Hi i dont know your situation and dont know your daily strugles this much i will say you cant climb a mountain with words and you cant depend on any one but your self to get you there so keep being true to your self pick up your feet and reach your goals a little bit day by day get a job doing what ever it takes that doesent land you in jail or can take your life from you .Life can be hard some times but in hard times you know you got to pull your self together and break out of that mold thats holding you down and show your self that you can make it even if you make 10 20 30 40 dollars a day you did it feel proud for your acomplishments don let others take them away from you your still young and strong even if any one els says difrent or your not going to make it they lie you will because you beleive in your self you will make your self proud first by being all that you can be because there aint no one like you.  in response to just a little...   Hi you need to be firm and strong your are elegible for ssi or if you worked more then 8 to 10 years and become disaibled then you can get socia lsecurity benefits remember they don want you to get your help so you have to get a lawyer and have documented proof that you had to operations on your spinal chord and that wont let you work because of your injurys the lawyer wont get paid a percentage of your money in less he wins your case.Try to go for social security first beacuse the pay out the highest lump some and if they say you didnt fill your quarterly while you worked in your life time then you go for the SSI and so you might pay your layer of your lawyer and keep 2 maybe 3 grand and your monthly $690,00 but it beats 0.  in response to dan43...   Hi first of you are to far for my reach but if you cant get help where you are at then ask the dss or the salvation army where your at to please buy you a ticket to rochester ny try to arive in the morning but ask to buy it threw greyhound bus or trailways bus line when u get here walk down main st to the saint paul st and catch the number 7 to westfall roadd get of in front of the dss office wel
fare then go in and put in an emergency aplication for a place to stay and food stamps then they will give you a thirty day bus pass and twe weeks to get a landlord staement for an apartment if you dont find one then they will give you an extension for 2 weeks more good luck it aint the end of the world have faith in the lord he will show you the way.hope i was of help.: )

 in response to Johnny84...   Hi you or your girl have to put in an aplication in at the way home program you can find it at ibero or the salvation army agencys they will help with back rent or a first time security deposit.I hope i was able to help :)

 in response to goog123...   I know your not acustom to dss but push come to shove till things go your way again have your hubby put an aplication in for you and your twe kids with dss and also for heap and that will help you get your bills paid till times are better for you and your liitle ones.I hope that was of help to you. : )

 in response to midge 40...   Hi there is a place call pinnacle apartment place at 119 south clinton ave rochester ny 14620 if you lost your hubby and you dont have help put in an aplication for shelter plus or dss and then put in an aplication at this place and more like then not you will get a low income apartment everything included there is daily security here and the low income dss and ssi people live here its safe warm and you can get a head start on life .feel free to email me so i can give you some more info much luck with your situation. : ) i hope that was of some help to you.

 in response to djwicked69...   Hi she needs to get an SSI SSD lawyer and get an aplication filed with her local social security office then she needs the records that show that she can not work and the records that show that she has and impairment or on able to work by her doctors if she worked more the 8 t0 10 years minimal then she should put in and aplication for social security she wiil get a nice lump some first check then a monthly check if she hasnt then she should try with the lawyer representative for SSI they will only get paid a percentage if they can win her case.They will always try to tell people your not elegible i bet she is elegible for the ssi or ssd but they they told her till your 60 then you can collect your husband ssi .the goverment is a trip with there ssi representatives. : ) hope that was of some help
